Community Enhancement Committee

The purpose of the committee is to formulate a plan to improve the community association's physical amenities.

 

The committee will consist of five members, plus a CCMC staff member who will act as an advisor to the committee. The committee is important to keeping SouthWood above competing neighborhoods by planning improvements to the community amenities that will help attract new buyers which will help maintain and increase property values.

 

Members of the committee will play the following roles:

• Meet monthly
• Discuss amenity improvements, enhancements, and possible additions for the association. 
• Provide suggestions concerning amenities to the Board of Directors for the current budget year. 
• Formulate a plan for future amenities.
